Ciara celebrates her birthday by hitting you with another “Dose.”
After showing off her moves in the “Level Up” video, the birthday girl throws it down at a pep rally in her latest dance-heavy video. In the choreographed clip, which she co-directed with Jamaica Craft and Diane Martel, CiCi aka Supa Tyb takes over Brandon Hall School gymnasium in Atlanta and does the “Supa Strut” before being joined by the “Princess of Turn Up,” Jaylah Johnson, and the Mayor of Atlanta, Keisha Lance Bottoms. Eventually a marching band joins the ladies for the electrifying finale.
The Rodney Jerkins-produced song follows “Level Up,” which spawned a viral dance challenge, and “Freak Me,” her Afrobeat collaboration with Nigerian star Tekno Miles.
Ciara, who wrapped her tour dates with Bruno Mars this week, turns 33 today. Her husband Russell Wilson surprised her by showing up backstage at her last show at Staples Center on Wednesday night (Oct. 24).
