Drake is taking over the block.
The megastar rapper has acquired a third home in the suburb of L.A.’s guard-gated Hidden Hills community, according to Variety. The ranch-style residence, which he purchased off-market for $4.5 million, sits next door to his sprawling, multi-residence compound. The home is situated around a cul-de-sac along with his two other homes and together encompass 6.7 acres.
Originally built in the mid-1950s, the 2,449-square-foot brick enclave has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The old-fashioned residence includes vaulted and exposed beam ceilings, a galley-style kitchen, and a living room with an antique brick fireplace. The property was briefly made available for rent at $8,000 per month.

Additionally, Drake owns another Hidden Hills home, dubbed the “YOLO Estate,” which he purchased in 2012 for $7.7 million in cash. The 12,000-square-foot residence sits on three acres with a tennis court, sand volleyball court, and a lagoon-style swimming pool with grotto. In 2015, he also purchased a 4,445-square-foot 1950s ranch-style residence for $2.85 million on a neighboring 1.6-acre lot.
When he’s not in Cali, Drake is also building a home in his native Toronto on a $6.7 million parcel he purchased in 2016. He hired Ferris Rafauli to design the 35,000-square-foot chateau-style mansion, which he calls “The Embassy.” It will include a music lounge, state-of-the-art fitness and spa complex with indoor swimming pool, and a massive OVO basketball court.
