While he finishes his next album, Bryson Tiller is holding fans over with new music. The R&B crooner drops a cover of SZA’s “Normal Girl” and a remix to Tory Lanez’s “Leaning.”
On his acoustic cover of “Normal Girl,” Pen Griffey flips the Ctrl cut. “And you the type of girl I take over to mama,” he sings over the stripped-down track. “The type of girl I know your daddy be proud of.”
Fresh off his Lanez collaboration “Keep in Touch,” Tiller also remixes Lanez’s Memories Don’t Die leftover “Leaning,” adding his raspy vocals to turn the track into a duet.
And he’s just getting warmed up. This morning, he teased another track. “good morning! thx for the love on those last two songs. is it too early to upload another one? just getting warmed up,” tweeted Tiller.
He is now readying his next album, Serenity, the follow-up to last year’s True to Self, which he says is “full of summer vibes.”
UPDATE: Bryson has shared yet a third track. This time, he delivers an original song called “Canceled,” produced by Hunga. Listen below.
