Before they hit the road with Drake, Migos feeds the streets with a fiery collaboration with DJ Durel titled “Hot Summer.”
The Atlanta trio unleashed the new sizzler today, the same day they were supposed to kick off their tour. Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset raise the temperature as they deliver scorching verses on the trap banger.
“We haven’t dropped that much new music but we’ve got feature shit everywhere,” Quavo told Billboard. “I think dropping a Migos record right before tour will give us something fresh and new to perform would be dope. It’s produced by DJ Durel and it’s crazy.”
As a producer, DJ, and engineer, DJ Durel has been part of the Migos/Quality Control family since 2012, and produced hits like “Narcos” and “Ice Tray.” “Hot Summer” marks the first solo record from DJ Durel.
Migos will join Drake on the “Aubrey and The Three Amigos Tour,” which now launches Aug. 10 in Kansas City.
