6ix9ine is getting out of jail early.

The rapper is set to be released from Rikers Island as soon as today after being granted bail by a Manhattan judge, reports TMZ. Once his $150,000 bail is processed, he will be released, but he must surrender Monday in Harris County, Tex. to pay $5,000 bail there.

Tekashi was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Wednesday (July 11) on an outstanding warrant from Harris County, where he allegedly choked a 16-year-old at Houston’s Galleria Mall in January.

Justice Ann Scherzer had denied two previous bail requests, claiming he was a flight risk. Tekashi’s lawyers were able to get Texas prosecutors to agree to a bail amount before a judge granted him bail during an emergency hearing in NYC.

The 22-year-old rapper is reportedly being held in isolation at Rikers’ Contagious Disease Unit, which is also used to house high-profile inmates who can’t be in the general population for safety reasons.

He was originally supposed to remain in jail until July 20, when Texas officials planned to extradite him.
