Drake Drops Freestyle for Link Up TV
After racking up a historic 1 billion streams for Scorpion, Drake gets back in the booth.
The 6 God drops a “Behind Barz” freestyle for London’s Link Up TV. During the nearly three-minute clip, he starts out by shouting out British rapper Giggs before hinting at untold secrets.
“I know so much shit that I cannot expose,” raps Drizzy Drake. “I keep it inside and I laugh on my own / Got all the tea and I’m hottin’ it up.”
He also throws shots at the competition. “You’re droppin’ some shit but that shit was a bust / They got no direction, they followin’ us / I come from a city that they never touch / Your man is a goofy and he can get brushed.”
Later today, Drake and Oliver El-Khatib will host a special post-Scorpion mix on OVOSOUND Radio on Beats 1 on Apple Music starting at 6 p.m. EST.
