After teasing the track during Preme’s release party earlier this month, Lil Baby and Drake unleash their collaboration “Pikachu (No Keys),” “Yes Indeed,” which premiered during Saturday’s episode of OVOSOUND Radio.
Over the Wheezy-produced beat, Drizzy shouts out the producer and his mentor (“Wheezy produced it and Weezy F. made me”) and boasts about his wins (“Booked for three years, man, you can’t even book me”), while Baby pays homage to the famed yellow Pokémon (“Cartier glasses, I won’t even peek at you / Yellow Ferrari like Pikachu”).
“Yes Indeed” should only help Drake’s chart dominance. He currently has three songs in the Hot 100 top 10, including “Nice for What” (No. 1), “God’s Plan” (No. 2), and BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive” (No. 9). He also appears on Migos’ “Walk It Talk It,” which sits at No. 18.
Next up, the 6 God is set to release his album Scorpion in June, while Lil Baby is prepping his Harder Than Ever mixtape.
