Rae Sremmurd triples your pleasure. Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee deliver their long-awaited third album SR3MM, a triple disc featuring a group project and solo efforts from each MC.

Jxmmi brings the fire on his 9-track set, Jxmtro, featuring Pharrell, Zoë Kravitz, Trouble, and Riff 3X, while Young Thug is the solo guest on Swae’s melodic offering, Swaecation. Meanwhile, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Future, and Juicy J guest on the Rae Sremmurd portion of the album.

Swae recently opened up about the triple set. “We’re a group but we’re two different individuals,” he told “Desus & Mero.” “It’s our third album, so we were like, ‘What can we do differently? Something nobody ever did. Something original.’ He was like, ‘Let’s give them a solo from you, a solo from me, and then our fusion.’ You know, we fuse together and make Rae Sremmurd.”

SR3MM follows 2015’s SremmLife and the 2016 follow-up SremmLife 2. The latter also included the group’s first chart-topper, “Black Beatles.” Now, Swae says they plan to keep that energy going.

“We got one [song] in particular that’s like the part two of ‘Black Beatles,’ just continuing the rockstar lifestyle to let them know we going down in history for this shit,” he added. “It’s called ‘Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.’ It’s like a continuation of ‘Black Beatles’ to let them know we’re still rockin’ out.”
