G.O.O.D. Music is definitely in the house. Kanye West is announcing more than just his solo project and Kid Cudi joint effort. After making the big revelations, Yeezy confirms that two more G.O.O.D. Music releases are on the way.
The label’s president Pusha T will be the first to roll out new music. His next album King Push, the follow-up to 2015’s King Push — Darkest Before Dawn: The Prequel, is due May 25.
Last year, Pusha T beamed about the project, which will be fully produced by Kanye West. “Perfection takes time,” he said. “2018, my album will be album of the year. Rap. Straight rap. You already know who on the production so we ain’t even gotta talk about it.”
G.O.O.D. Music’s First Lady Teyana Taylor is set to release her sophomore album on June 22. The follow-up to 2014’s VII will also be executive produced by Kanye.
“The album is actually done, just waiting on some minor tweaks and whatever last minute switches or edits and a green light from Kanye and should be good to go,” Teyana told Oyster Magazine in January.
Yeezy’s 7-track solo album is due June 1, followed by Kids See Ghost, his joint project with Kid Cudi, on June 8.
