Kodak Black isn’t entirely out of trouble, but the rapper scored a victory in court today, after the State of Florida dismissed three of his criminal charges due to insufficient evidence.

The charges that were dropped include possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect, according to his lawyer Bradford Cohen, as per TMZ.

Project Baby is still facing other charges, including marijuana possession and possession of ammunition. He also remains behind bars due to the probation violation.

These charges stem from a January raid of the rapper’s home, where authorities uncovered 94.9 grams of marijuana. Officials were reportedly tipped off to the criminal activity after he posted the video on Instagram Live.

Reports indicate that the video depicted several men with guns and drugs. The Pompano Beach rapper’s 2-year-old son was also reportedly present when some of the illegal activity was taking place.

Legal issues have not stopped Kodak from releasing new material. Earlier this month, he released his first R&B album Heart Break Kodak.
