Big Sean Announces 'Unfriendly Reminder Tour'

  /  02.07.2018

Big Sean is jogging fans’ memories with the “Unfriendly Reminder Tour.”

The 31-city North American trek, which also features Playboi Carti, Shy Glizzy, and GASHI, is set to kick off Apr. 12 in Orlando. From there, it will travel across the country, hitting cities including Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Minneapolis, Brooklyn, and more, before closing June 3 in Toronto.

This will be a special tour because Sean Don is allowing fans to pick his set list. “Before I step into this new chapter of music, I was really sitting and reflecting on the past ten years and all we’ve accomplished,” he tweeted.

“I had to go back in and listen to all the old mixtapes and albums, and I was like damn man a lot of this stuff didn’t get the true shine,” he added. “So with the platform I have now, I thought it would be perfect to revisit a lot of the old music as well as the new classics on my next tour. But I’m gonna give you guys the opportunity to chose my setlist on this tour. Can’t wait to hit the road.”

Voting for the songs will begin on Thursday (Feb. 8). Pre-sale tickets will also go live that same day, between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. General tickets will be sold Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. local time.

Sean Don recently revealed that he is working on a follow-up to last year’s I Decided. “We’ve got a lot coming up,” he said. “I’m getting ready to drop an album that I’ve been waiting my whole life to drop.”
