Cashmere Cat, Major Lazer, and Tory Lanez align on their star-studded banger “Miss You.”
Co-written by Ed Sheeran and Benny Blanco, the infectious dance-ready track is an ode to romance that is hard to get off one’s mind. “Took time to get you, took time to let you go,” sings Swavey. “Tried to forget you, you’re unforgettable.”
“I AM jumping up and down in bed because miss you is out now,” tweeted Cashmere. “a very most special thank you to benny blanco, ed sheeran and palmistry for working on this song with us !!!!!”
First previewed at Art Basel last month, “Miss You” follows Tory’s Cashmere Cat collaborations with Selena Gomez (“Trust Nobody”) and 2 Chainz (“Throw Myself a Party”).
Cashmere Cat dropped his debut album 9 last year, featuring The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Kehlani, and Ty Dolla $ign, among others. He is now set to head out on the “MEØW Tour” with MØ.
Major Lazer also released their Know No Better EP last year, while Tory is prepping the release of his sophomore album, Memories Don’t Die, the follow-up to 2016’s I Told You.
