Trippie Redd and Travis Scott are pulling up in a droptop with diamonds dancing on their new collaboration, “Dark Knight Dummo.”
Over organs and blaring production from Honorable C.N.O.T.E., Trippie sing-raps about his kingdom with JAY-Z and Kanye West influences. “I don’t know what planet I’m on,” he raps. “I’m a king, lil’ bitch, watch the throne.”
After Redd counts up his guap, La Flame’s familiar Auto-Tuned ad-libs echo through the pulsating track. “AstroWorld’s my planet, my home,” he raps. “Cost too high, the fumes, too strong / Mixed this cup for way too long.”
Earlier this year, Trippie broke onto the scene with A Love Letter to You and A Love Letter to You 2. He’s generated buzz with tracks like “Love Scars,” “Bust Down,” and “Romeo & Juliet.”
Meanwhile, Travis has stayed busy with AstroWorld and an upcoming joint project with Quavo. Plus, he and Kylie Jenner are reportedly expecting their first child in the next few months.
