Kodak Black and Lil Wayne unite.

Although Project Baby has dissed Weezy in the past, the rappers have collaborated on a new track. During a recent concert, Lil’ Kodak previewed the high-energy cut.

Concert-shot footage muffles the sound a bit, but Wayne’s voice can be heard over a thumping instrumental. Kodak’s second verse was cut short in the snippet, but the rapper appeared to bop around the stage while the song played.

The collaboration is a departure from their contentious past. In January, Kodak had some harsh words for Weezy. “Lil Wayne can eat my ass,” he said. A day later, he challenged Wayne to a fight.

“Tell Lil Wayne fight me,” the Pompano Beach rapper said on Instagram. “We fin’a get in the ring. We fin’a fight. Me and Lil Wayne. I’m fin’a knock that stupid-ass ni**a out.”

“If he whoop me, he the best rapper alive,” he added. “I’ma beat his stupid ass. I bet everything on it…Whoever wins, they the best rapper alive.”

Black is coming off Painting Pictures and Project Baby 2 this year. Meanwhile, Weezy released In Tune We Trust in July and is still holding Tha Carter V while Cash Money legal issues are sorted out.
