Cardi B and Offset’s engagement over the weekend has already launched a bidding war for their wedding special.

Shortly after airing Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir’s “Mane Event,” BET threw their hat in the ring by replying to a social media post that called for a “Never Let Migo” special. “#WeGotYou when you ready,” wrote the network’s verified account.

But media mogul Mona Scott-Young, who primarily executive produces shows for VH1 like “Love & Hip Hop,” responded: “Love ya @BET but #WeGotThis. #AnotherCheckFromMonaScott @VH1 #4Evah.”

Cardi has ties to Scott-Young, who cast her on “Love & Hip Hop: New York.” The Bronx rapper even boasts about her past on her chart-topping smash “Bodak Yellow.” “I just run and check the mail,” she raps. “Another check from Mona Scott.”

After months of dating and engagement rumors, Offset proposed to Cardi with an 8-karat ring on Friday (Oct. 27) during a concert in Philadelphia. The two previously collaborated on Bardi’s “Lick” and, more recently, Migos’ “Motor Sport.”

“Im the happiest girl in the world,” gushed Cardi. “@offsetyrn you a true King.”
