Rita Ora takes over New York in the whimsical video for “Anywhere,” the latest single from her upcoming album.

Co-written with “Havana” hitmaker Andrew Watt, “Anywhere” finds Rita singing about a yearning to escape. “I know we’ve got to get away,” she sings. “Some place where no one knows our name / We’ll find the start of something new.”

The video finds her in Times Square, surrounded by fans who rally behind her. Later, she’s on a rooftop, overlooking the city that never sleeps. Dressed in an array of fashionable ensembles, the multifaceted star struts through Chinatown, a restaurant, and busy streets with balloons, all while singing about her desire to get away.

According to Ora, the song was inspired by a monotonous schedule. “I was in a routine, working every day, and found myself day dreaming about breaking out of the city and going on a road trip with my friends,” she said. “And never looking back.”

Up next, Rita will host and perform at the MTV EMA 2017 on Nov. 12. She’s also planning to drop a new album next year, featuring “Anywhere” and the Ed Sheeran-penned “Your Song,” plus collaborations with Stargate, Julia Michaels, and DFA.
