DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, & Trick Daddy Perform 'I'm So Hood' at BET Hip-Hop Awards

  /  10.10.2017

DJ Khaled opened the 2017 BET Hip-Hop Awards with a bang. The show’s host brought some of his famous friends to Miami for a star-studded performance.

Launching into 2007’s “I’m So Hood,” DJ Khaled invited T-Pain to the stage. From there, Trick Daddy, Rick Ross, and Plies joined the 10-year-anniversary festivities for a lively set, while fans, stars, and even Asahd Khaled looked on.

Backed by red lights, sirens, and visuals of fire on large LED screens, the performance set the stage for the rest of the night. The star-studded cast, featuring some Miami all-stars, was an appropriate opening for the show, which took place in Khaled’s hometown this year.

But the social media mogul didn’t just host and perform. Along with Kendrick Lamar and Cardi B, Khaled also led all nominees with nine nods this year.
