After debuting the song live in New Orleans, G-Eazy delivers the official studio version of “No Limit,” his collaboration with Cardi B and A$AP Rocky.
Flacko kicks off the track with a bounce-driven flow, boasting about his ability to sleep with women of all races. Soon, Young Gerald takes over the first verse, where he explains the song’s title. “No limit, I’m a fuckin’ soldier,” he raps. “Always lit, yeah, I’m never sober.”
After G shouts out Kamaiyah, Rocky’s chorus leads into Bacardi’s bold verse. “My career’s taking off, these hoes jogging in place,” she raps. “These hoes run they mouth, are these hoes out of shape? / Can you stop with all the subs? Bitch, I ain’t Jared / If you really want some smoke, you can pull up, you can get it.”
Cardi’s verse, which also claims she is “pussy poppin’ on the charts” and that she “might turn G-Eazy out,” follows rumors that Nicki Minaj was dropping subliminal disses on “No Flag.”
Gerald rounds out the track with a final verse about Viceland, 300 one-night stands, the “Damn Daniel” meme, and Saint Laurent.
Inspired by Master P’s record label and movement, “No Limit” was first performed in New Orleans last week. It serves as a single off G-Eazy’s forthcoming double album, The Beautiful & Damned, which is also set to feature his girlfriend Halsey.
