Lil Durk taps Future and Jeezy for “Goofy,” a Disney-inspired banger that promotes loyalty.
Over 808 Mafia’s production, Hendrix handles the chorus while repping OTF (Only the Family), before Durk comes through with a Migos-referencing first verse. “How you bad and boujee?” he asks. “No car, no house, lil’ bitch, you goofy.”
After Pluto’s hook, on which he claims to have “goons from Russia,” Jeezy delivers the second verse. “I don’t give a fuck about these ni**as,” he raps. “They steady texting these hoes / Sleep with a million in cash, them’s my relationship goals.”
Durk unleashed the track and teased more music to come. “Summer over,” he wrote on Instagram. “Winter is mine. #OnlyTheFamilyInvolved.”
This is a loose single from Durk, who has already released Love Songs for the Streets and Supa Vultures EP with Lil Reese this year. The latter arrived last month and featured six collaborations, including “Distance,” “1500,” and “Unstoppable.”
