Blac Chyna is picking up the mic.
After appearing in several music videos and even having a child with rapper Tyga, the model-turned-reality star has decided to launch her very own rap career, according to TMZ.
Sources in Chyna’s camp claim that the social media mogul has already garnered interest from record labels, even meeting with Capitol Records.
Apparently, the controversial public figure has started recording new material, described as rap, “poetry music,” and traditional singing.
According to the report, Chyna’s appearance in Yo Gotti, Mike WiLL Made-It, and Nicki Minaj’s “Rake It Up” video inspired her to begin working on her own music. Now, she reportedly views Minaj, a longtime friend, as her mentor.
In related news, Chyna and her former fiancé Rob Kardashian are currently negotiating a child custody agreement over their daughter Dream. According to TMZ, the model “makes way more money than he does” and neither is asking for child support at this time. Last month, Chyna filed for a restraining order against Kardashian after he shared nude photos of her and accused her of being unfaithful on social media.
