Fat Joe is “So Excited.”

On his latest solo release, Don Cartagena teams up with Dre of hitmaking duo Cool & Dre. Over StreetRunners’ thumping production, Joey Crack raps about his high-profile contacts and standards for beauty.

“I’m fly like ‘Ye, get mine with Jay,” he raps. “Got every pretty bitch trying to ride my way / Gotta have slim waist, in the face, Sade / Lay up in the crib and menage all day.”

The track features a sample of Dennis Edward’s classic “Don’t Look Any Further,” which was famously used in Eric B. & Rakim’s “Paid in Full.”

In April, Fat Joe and Remy Ma dropped their joint album Plata o Plomo, which yielded the Cool & Dre-produced smash “All the Way Up.”

Shortly after releasing “So Excited,” Joe spoke with “The Breakfast Club” about the project’s reception. “I’m cool with it,” he said. “We independent. We’re so blessed. We’re taking destiny in our own hands. We put our money where our mouth is. We put up our money to do our projects and we making nice money. We making some change out here. We good with it.”
