Following his controversial commentary on race and complexion, Kodak Black unleashes “Just a Wrap Freestyle,” a menacing Southside-produced cut about beef and house arrest.

Rhyming about his haters, Lil Kodak explains why they should be happy he’s on house arrest right now. “Ni**as only did that just to scare you,” he raps. “To tell the truth, if I was there, you would’ve been dead, bruh / And I feel like it’s a blessing I’m on house arrest, bruh.”

Later, Kodak reiterates this notion. “This house arrest might be a blessing, it might be better,” he raps. “What the hell happened to that 187? / On another note, you ni**as should know better / Ni**as know we ain’t no ni**as to be fucked with.”

Kodak has stayed busy since his release from jail. “Just a Wrap Freestyle” follows “My Cousin,” “First Day Out,” and Black’s remix to KYLE’s hit “iSpy.”
