Chris Brown and Kap G are joining forces again. The duo, who recently teamed up on “I See You,” has announced plans for a joint project.
Kap revealed the big news during his XXL Freshman interview. “The projects I got coming up,” he said. “Me and Chris Brown are releasing a mixtape soon, and right now, I’m just working on my album.”
The twosome has been staying active. Chris and Kap went on “The Party Tour” earlier this year and last week, they released a video for their Supa Jefe collaboration “I See You.”
In January, El Southside spoke with Rap-Up about his camaraderie with Breezy.
“He’s very hands-on, he’s a genius,” he said. “He knows what he’s doing, he knows what he wants. He feels the music. When he’s in the booth, you can just tell that he really feels what he’s saying…I rock with him. It was incredible…When I was young, Breezy had all the girls. Still do now. It’s just crazy for me to be working with him now.”
Along with his interview, Kap G also unveiled his XXL Freshman freestyle. “Shooters with me, Golden State,” he raps. “We about to overtake / Tell Trump we broke the gate.”
