Get the glow sticks.

Following Boomiverse singles “Kill Jill,” “Mic Jack,” and “In the South,” Big Boi delivers the hypnotically sweet sounds of “Chocolate.” Over a club-ready beat, accompanied by Trozé, the OutKast MC unleashes some bars about a night out with his lady.

“Take another shot, consider it a gift,” he raps. “Ain’t no designated driver, we could get a Lyft / Sip you some mo’, sis, while I fire up this dro spliff / Blow this joint, get the glow sticks.”

If “Chocolate” sounds familiar, it might be due to the song’s prevalent presence in the house music scene. Trozé’s Jesse Rose-assisted “Chocolate” first appeared on Subsoul Presents: House back in 2015. Different versions of the track have popped up since.

Big’s edition of “Chocolate” appears on his forthcoming album Boomiverse, which is also set to feature Adam Levine on the aforementioned “Mic Jack,” Killer Mike and Jeezy on “Kill Jill,” and Gucci Mane and Pimp C on “In the South.”

Boomiverse blasts off June 16.
