Travis Scott's Albums Go Platinum

  /  05.30.2017

It’s double lit!

Travis Scott’s debut Rodeo and sophomore album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight have both been certified platinum.

Rodeo dropped in September of 2015 while Birds came out a year later, in September of 2016. Less than a year after that, both LPs have crossed the one million threshold.

As if that wasn’t enough, La Flame also earned a platinum plaque for his Birds single “Pick Up the Phone” on the same date. Prior to this in March, “goosebumps” was certified platinum.

Up next, Travis is finishing up his “Birds Eye View Tour” and joining Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN. Tour.” He’s also planning to drop his third album AstroWorld and his joint project with Quavo this year.

Speaking of the Trav and Q connection, the duo will be joining Camila Cabello on Major Lazer’s forthcoming single “Know No Better,” which drops Thursday (June 1).
