Jay Z, Nas, Future, & Migos to Perform at The Meadows Festival

  /  05.08.2017

H-O-V is coming back to N-Y-C.

In addition to headlining Made in America over Labor Day weekend, Jay Z will front this year’s Meadows Music and Arts Festival, which is set to take place at Citi Field in Queens, New York, from Sept. 15-17.

The Roc Nation mogul will be joined on the bill by Queens icons Nas and LL Cool J (the latter with DJ Z-Trip). The hip-hop-heavy lineup also includes Gorillaz, Run the Jewels, Future, Migos, M.I.A., Erykah Badu, Big Boi, De La Soul, Ghostface Killah, Joey Bada$$, Tory Lanez, 21 Savage, Flatbush Zombies, and yet another Queens MC, Action Bronson.

This isn’t only a hip-hop fest. Fans can also expect headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as artists like Weezer, TV on the Radio, and more.

Fans who can’t make it to New York will be able to watch the festival, thanks to Jigga’s TIDAL streaming platform.

Last year, the festival’s inaugural run featured a shortened Kanye West performance, after he was informed that his wife, Kim Kardashian, had been robbed at gunpoint in Paris.

The announcement further fuels speculation of a potential new album from Mr. Carter. In addition to Made in America and The Meadows, Jay Z will headline the U.K.’s V Festival on Aug. 19-20 and Austin City Limits in October.

Tickets for this year’s stacked 3-day Meadows Festival go on sale May 10.
