A judge does not want to see Lil Kodak winning.

The 19-year-old Pompano Beach rapper, born Dieuson Octave, was found guilty of violating the terms of his house arrest after his visit to a Miami-Dade strip club, a boxing match in Ohio, and other places without authorization from his probation officer.

Judge Thomas M. Lynch found Black guilty on five of six counts in a Fort Lauderdale courtroom on Wednesday (Apr. 26). According to the Sun Sentinel, he could be facing anything from time served, which could see him released, to several years.

The “Tunnel Vision” hitmaker, who was also accused of hitting a bartender in the strip club, was found not guilty of battery.

Black will remain in custody until his next hearing on May 4, where he will be sentenced. Prosecutors are pushing for the max, eight years in jail, per TMZ.

Despite his personal tribulations, Black is enjoying chart success with his debut album Painting Pictures, which entered at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and spawned the top 10 hit “Tunnel Vision.”
