2 Chainz, Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz, and Jhené Aiko create more than one “Vibe” in the video for their Pretty Girls Like Trap Music collaboration.
The “It’s a Vibe” visual kicks off in a lounge, where the vibe is set by beautiful women, a live band, and 2 Chainz, who rhymes while sipping a martini. When Dolla emerges, the vibe turns neon as a naked woman hangs out on a bar, with neon-colored body paint on. Meanwhile, Trey’s vibe is outdoors, where he flirts with a gorgeous model in a droptop.
“Okay, so I’ve got the ambiance just where I want it,” raps 2 Chainz, while showing off a new vibe altogether. In a candle-lit room, Tity Boi raps for a couple of lingerie-clad models. Then, wearing a mask, he transitions into a darker vibe, where chains fill up a dark room filled with curvaceous women dressed in black.
Jhené’s vibe is also quite dark, as she plays the role of this mysterious location’s boss. Counting money while getting her feet massaged, she sings about busting it wide.
“It’s a Vibe” is a single off 2 Chainz’ forthcoming album, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. Initially set for release this month, the album has been pushed back to an undetermined date. The effort is set to feature Nicki Minaj and “Good Drank,” a collaboration with Gucci Mane and Quavo.
