Video: NAV feat. The Weeknd - 'Some Way'
After dropping “Some Way” last month, The Weeknd joins NAV in the sexy video for their collaboration.
Directed by RJ Sanchez, “Some Way” is actually a supermodel photo shoot, featuring gorgeous women surrounding the XO brothers. From hair and makeup to wardrobe fittings, fans get to see what goes on behind the scenes on these glamorous sets.
Meanwhile, Abel and NAV sing about their sexual prowess in front of dancing models like Carli Glubok, Ally Johnson, Cat Norris, and Diana Georgie. “I think your girl, think your girl, fell in love with me,” sings Abel. “She say my fuck and my tongue game a remedy.”
Released shortly after Bieber called The Weeknd’s music “wack,” “Some Way” was quickly dubbed a response due to Abel’s lines that appear to reference his new relationship with Justin’s ex, Selena Gomez. NAV also appears to take a jab by saying “haters” will consider the song “wack.”
“Some Way” is a single off NAV’s self-titled debut mixtape. Meanwhile, The Weeknd is currently on his “Starboy: Legend of the Fall Tour.”
