New Music: Young Scooter feat. Young Thug - 'Cook Up'
Young Scooter heats up the kitchen with his fellow chef Young Thug on their blazing banger “Cook Up.”
Over Metro Boomin and Zaytoven’s hard-hitting piano-laden instrumental, Thugger opens the track with his infectious melodies. “The cook up, the cook up, the cook up,” sings Jeffery, before Scooter takes over.
“I got Falcons and Hawks,” raps Scooter. “All my birds, we mix ’em / Chris Tucker, Money Talks, play with me, get hit up / All my diamonds lit up.”
“‘Cook Up’ is a single for you and your squad to show out as soon as it comes on in the club, in the car, wherever you’re at,” Scooter told Billboard. “This is just a little taste to the level Jugg King is on. We got a little something for everyone on this project.”
Last year, Scooter dropped Street Lottery 3 and his Ralo joint project The Dream Team. “Cook Up” follows “Diamonds,” an A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Don Q-assisted track, as a single from his forthcoming Jugg King project. Due in the spring, the effort is set to feature Future, Meek Mill, YFN Lucci, and more.
