Chris Brown joins Prince Royce for “Just As I Am,” a bachata-meets-R&B collaboration off Spiff TV’s forthcoming compilation, The Union.

The genre-bending track is a celebration of cultures, but also an ode to individualism in relationships as Chris and Royce show off their bilingual skills, blending Spanish and English.

“I’ll take you just as you are,” sings Breezy. “Please take me just as I am / So no one will have to change for nobody / From the ground that I stand / I’ll give you all that I can / With everything that I have / I promise you that I care.”

Spiff TV is best known for his work directing music videos for artists including Brown, French Montana, DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, and Drake.

Last year, the director spoke about bachata and R&B’s influence on his life. “I grew up in Orlando,” he said. “I’m part Dominican, part Puerto Rican, so I grew up listening to everything. Salsa, bachata, you name it. My mom loved to play her Spanish music, my sister loved to blast her favorite R&B groups.”

Listen to some of those influences fuse together on “Just As I Am” below.
