Ed Sheeran delivers a 1-2 punch in the music video for his No. 1 hit, “Shape of You.”

The barroom ditty gets a gritty Rocky-esque visual in which Sheeran plays a boxer in Seattle training for a big fight. With romance on the brain, he falls for a fellow boxer (played by Jennie Pegouskie) and the two train together and share laughs over chicken fingers.

Directed by Jason Koenig, who’s worked with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis in the past, the brooding visual takes on a fun vibe near the end, when viewers find out that the fight Ed’s been training for is actually a sumo wrestling match that he’s bound to lose in hilarious fashion.

It looks like the British singer had some fun filming this one. In a behind-the-scenes photo, he appears to be pal’ing around with Koenig and Macklemore, who makes a cameo as a sumo fan.

The video for “Shape of You” follows the visual for “Castle on the Hill,” which was released last week. Both cuts are set to appear on Sheeran’s forthcoming album, ÷, due March 3. Before that, Ed will perform both singles on “Saturday Night Live” on Feb. 11.
