T.I. continues his politically-charged 2016 with Us or Else: Letter to the System, a full-length version of his Us or Else EP, which dropped in September.

Adding nine new songs to the previously-released six-track project, Tip addresses recent events on the timely offering. On “Ah No No,” the Grand Hustle boss refers to his comments regarding Lil Wayne’s “Black Lives Matter” controversy.

“For you nosy motherfuckers talking about me and Wayne?” he raps. “Stay your ass out that / I can say that to him, you can’t.”

Letter to the System also contains the socially-conscious references that made his Us or Else EP such a potent effort. “Believe MLK had a dream for real,” he raps. “He in heaven, but we dealing with the demons still / Like an episode of ‘Pinky & the Brain’ for real / Want to run and then rule everything for real.”

The 15-track set features appearances from Meek Mill, Quavo, B.o.B, Big K.R.I.T., The-Dream, Killer Mike, and Charlie Wilson, among others.

Along with the new album, T.I. has also unleashed a video for “Switchin’ Lanes,” featuring Young Krizzle and Trev Case. The dark visual plays like a suspenseful legal drama, filled with surveillance, drugs, guns, and a possibly lethal encounter with police.
