Post Malone is finally ready to unveil Stoney.
After delays and an apology, White Iverson has announced a Dec. 9 release date for his debut album.
“My debut album #Stoney is available for Pre-order 11/4,” he tweeted. “Release date 12/9.”
The cover art, shot by Nabil, features a pensive Posty, with two hands on his chin, in front of an orange background.
Prior to this, the album was slated to drop Aug. 26. However, that date came and went. “I know everyone is mad at me right now,” he wrote in an apology to fans at the time. “I’d be mad too. Due to a couple of different issues, my album couldn’t be finishing on the date I promised. I’m disappointed in myself and my whole team.”
In May, Post released August 26, a mixtape meant to stir up excitement for his debut. It featured 2 Chainz, Jaden Smith, and Lil Yachty.
Stoney is set to feature the Justin Bieber-assisted single “Deja Vu,” plus contributions from Pharrell, Kehlani, Quavo, Metro Boomin, and possibly Kanye West.
