You don’t want no problems with Chance the Rapper. Last night, one stage crasher found that out the hard way.
While Lil Chano performed at The Fillmore in Miami Beach on Monday (Oct. 10), a stage crasher tried to grab Chance from behind. However, the Chicago spitter maneuvered quickly, grabbed the man, and slammed him to the ground.
Security was on its way to assist, but by the time they arrived, the new Kit Kat spokesperson had already responded. They simply picked the man up and took him away.
Chance was in Miami as part of his “Magnificent Coloring World Tour.” The run is set to continue this week with stops in New Orleans and Houston, wrapping Oct. 21 in San Francisco.
Recently, Chance spoke with GQ about his tour’s theatrics. “The musical-theater aspect of the show that we want to do is a lot about exclusivity,” he explained. “I think creating a space that you can only see in the moment is really important. I like the fact that some of your favorite Broadway musicals are not made into movies.”
However, it seems the stage crasher was not part of that plan. Watch Chance handle the situation below.
