Ariana Grande Performs 'Side to Side' on 'Tonight Show'
Ariana Grande brought “Side to Side” to late night.
Linking up with The Roots for a Nicki Minaj-less performance of the Dangerous Woman single, the pop princess took matters into her own hands, performing both the singing and the rapping.
“Rappers in they feelings ’cause they feelin’ me,” rapped Ari. “I give zero fucks and I got zero chill in me / Kissing me, copped the blue box that say Tiffany / Curry with the shot, just tell ’em to call me Stephanie / Gun pop and I make my gum pop / I’m the queen of rap, young Ariana run pop.”

Prior to the performance, Ari stopped by Fallon’s desk for an interview, where she discussed her VMA performance with Nicki, her forthcoming role in “Hairspray Live,” and her upcoming “Dangerous Woman Tour,” set to start in February.
Beyond that, Grande said she freaked out while recording “Faith,” her duet with Stevie Wonder for the animated film Sing. “I’m done now,” she said. “I’m good now…That’s it for me. Not only did I get to sing with him, but we were in the same booth…arm-in-arm.”
Finally, Ariana and Jimmy took the “Best Friends Challenge,” but they weren’t quite in sync. Watch how they fared below.
