G-Unit is back with some mixtape magic.

Before DJ Whoo Kid and G-Unit drop The Lost Flash Drive project, the longtime collaborators unleash “Set the Pick,” a new joint featuring Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, and Kidd Kidd.

“Take teamwork to ball, man, somebody set the pick,” rhymes Kidd Kidd. “I’ll come around shooting like swish, quote this / If I can’t make nothin’/ I’m gon’ take somethin’.”

Meanwhile, Yayo addresses his legacy on his ferocious verse. “Fuck your radio host,” he raps. “Fuck your rap blog / Fuck your favorite rapper and his big bodyguard / Fuck the industry / The streets gon’ remember me.”

Elsewhere, Lloyd Banks provides his usual laid-back multi-syllable rhyme patterns. “Assume I’m coming back to stack,” he spits. “Vroom in something black on black / With room to let my mac adapt.”

The Lost Flash Drive is set to drop today after some technical issues delayed its release. “The Lost Flash Drive project was supposed to be released tonight but a couple of the sessions were corrupted,” Whoo Kid told XXL yesterday. “They had to go in and re-record it so you can expect the full project to be released tomorrow.”

Last year, the crew dropped The Beast Is G-Unit and in 2014, they unleashed The Beauty of Independence.
