Queen Bey rules the VMAs. Beyoncé leads the nominations for the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.

The superstar scores a career-best 11 nods for her visual album LEMONADE, including Video of the Year for “Formation” and Best Female Video for “Hold Up.”

Adele could give Bey some stiff competition. The British powerhouse earns eight nominations this year, including Video of the Year and Best Female Video with “Hello.”

Ariana Grande and Drake both follow with five. The Toronto rapper will compete for Video of the Year and Best Hip-Hop Video for “Hotline Bling.”

Kanye West is also up for Video of the Year and Best Male Video for his controversial “Famous” clip.

They will face off when the VMAs air live on Sunday, Aug. 28, at 9 p.m. from Madison Square Garden in New York City. Voting is now open to the public.
