Beyoncé Dedicates 'Halo' to Orlando Shooting Victims

  /  06.15.2016

Beyoncé delivered a heartwarming moment during the final night of the first leg of “The Formation World Tour” at Detroit’s Ford Field last night. Before singing the show’s closer “Halo,” she paid tribute to last weekend’s shooting victims in Florida.

“This next song is about love,” she said. “And I’d like to dedicate it to all of the family members that had family who lost their lives in Florida.”

On Sunday (Jun. 12), a gunman went on a shooting spree at Pulse nightclub in Orlando. He left 49 people dead and 53 wounded in what’s been called the worst mass shooting in the history of the United States.

Beyoncé also offered her condolences on Instagram.
