Tyga is speaking out. Just a day after Blac Chyna announced her engagement to Rob Kardashian, her ex and the father of her son King Cairo, has offered his congratulations.
“Everybody deserves 2 be happy. What some1 does for their happiness is not my concern, as long as it’s not interfering wit my happiness,” said Tyga in a series of tweets. “It makes me happy to see the mother of my son happy. My only concern in this situation is my son. I want him in happy environments.”
The surprise engagement has been a hot topic and spawned a series of memes and jokes about Tyga and Chyna’s complicated family tree. The rapper is currently dating Rob Kardashian’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner.
But Tyga fired back at his critics, saying that the negative comments were unwarranted, especially those aimed at his young son.
“Only an evil heart would direct negativity at a child & make fun of him for being in a situation that is out of his control,” he wrote. “When u been blessed how I’ve been, & create some1 u love unconditional, u’ll understand how I feel. Ull want to protect that blessing.”
He ended by telling his haters to “cherish yo own blessings and stop hating mine.”
