Pimp pimp, hooray! King Kendrick reclaims his throne on the Billboard 200. The Compton rapper’s surprise release untitled unmastered. enters at No. 1, becoming his second chart-topper in less than a year.

The 8-track project, consisting of “demos” from To Pimp a Butterfly, sold 178,000 equivalent album units (142,000 in pure album sales) in its first week. Last March, TPAB earned him his first No. 1 after selling 363,000 equivalent album units.

Kendrick is the third rapper to nab multiple No. 1s in less than a year since January 2015, following Drake and Future. Drizzy did it with If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and What a Time to Be Alive. Future did it with DS2, WATTBA, and EVOL.

While it was originally released to digital retailers and streaming services on March 4, physical copies of the album are now available at Best Buy, Target, FYE, and other locations.

Following Kendrick is Adele’s 25 (at No. 2) and Rihanna’s ANTI (at No. 3). 2 Chainz’ ColleGrove debuts at No. 4 with 53,000 units. Billed as a collaborative project with Lil Wayne, the album marks Chainz’ third straight top 5 album.

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber rounds out the top 5 with Purpose. The Biebs, who recently kicked off his world tour, sits at No. 5 with 53,000 units. Purpose earns its 17th week on the chart and 17th week in the top 5.
