New Music: 2 Chainz & Lil Wayne - 'Gotta Lotta'

Countdown to ColleGrove. After revealing the cover art and release date for their collaborative album, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz drop their new single, “Gotta Lotta.”

The track, premiered through Zane Lowe on Beats 1, features the dynamic duo rhyming over hype production. Weezy Auto-Tunes his way through a verse and a chorus about getting high and having “a lot of smoke.” Meanwhile, the Hairweave Killer rhymes about how his passion’s real, fashion’s ill, and how he’s got mass appeal.

“Gotta Lotta” is the first official release from ColleGrove. Prior to this, Tune and Tity teamed up to debut “Rolls Royce Weather Everyday” live on “The Tonight Show.”

Before the album drops tomorrow, 2 Chainz will premiere ColleGrove at 10 p.m. EST tonight on Beats 1’s ColleGrove Radio, with appearances from DJ Drama, Mannie Fresh, DJ Self, and DJ E.Sudd.
