Rihanna and Drake have worked their way to No. 1. Fresh off the release of the music video, RiRi and Drizzy are at the top of this week’s Billboard Hot 100 thanks to the ANTI single, which sold 119,000 downloads this week.
It’s actually a huge milestone for Rihanna, who’s now third all-time on the list of artists with the most Hot 100 No. 1s. “Work” helped her trump Michael Jackson’s 13 and now, only Mariah Carey (18) and The Beatles (20) stand before her.
Drake also scored his second Hot 100 No. 1 with “Work.” His first was due to a guest spot on another Rihanna single, 2010’s “What’s My Name?” As a solo star, “Best I Ever Had” and “Hotline Bling” have been his highest-charting tracks to date. Both peaked at No. 2.
“Work” dethroned Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” from the No. 1 spot. The Biebs appears again at No. 4 with “Sorry” and Flo Rida shows up at No. 5 with “My House.” Meanwhile, Zayn, Adele, G-Eazy, The Chainsmokers, and DNCE round out the top 10.
