Travis Scott has come under fire for biting A$AP Rocky’s style. So how does Rocky feel about it? In a new interview with “Ebro in the Morning,” the Harlem rapper weighed in on the frequent comparisons.

“If you gonna do something and influence people, you can’t be arrogant about it when somebody gets inspired,” he told Ebro and Laura Stylez. “When people get inspired, you can’t fault them for that. That makes you look crazy.”

He’s not bothered by the chatter. In fact, he gave the “Antidote” rapper props. “They do say imitation is the highest form of flattery… But what I will say about that is, you can’t come at a rapper with video clips. You gotta come with music. That man, he doing his thing, he doing what he supposed to do. He gettin’ fly, he fuckin’ bitches, and he makin’ music. I don’t see the problem.”

He made it clear that he doesn’t have beef with Travis. “I don’t know him too well,” he admits.

Travis, however, doesn’t seem to be taking too kindly to the comparisons. In September, TMZ caught fans mistaking him for Rocky while outside a club in New York. Travis snapped back at them, yelling, “I’m not motherfu**in’ A$AP, bitch.”

Rocky saw the video and even joked about it on Twitter, but shrugged it off. “We all saw that. It’s stuff like that that leads to the stuff that you was talking about. That’s instigation. Let shawty rock and let the people decide if he a biter or if he authentic. I feel like that whole situation, it sound petty.”

During his visit to Hot 97, Pretty Flacko also discussed his placement on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, the inaugural A$AP Yams Day in New York on Jan. 18, and his next project, Cozy Tapes, inspired by the late Yams.
