Bobby Shmurda won’t be coming home for the holidays after all. The “Hot Ni**a” rapper will remain behind bars after being denied bail for the sixth time.

Earlier this week, it was reported that his attorneys put together a “bulletproof” plan to post his $2 million bond. As part of the bail package, his aunt offered four real estate properties as collateral.

However, Judge James Burke rejected the package in a sealed proceeding on Thursday (Dec. 3). Now his legal team will have to go back to the drawing board.

Shmurda appeared in an NYC court wearing a black sweatsuit. As he entered, he saw his family members and mouthed, “I love you guys.”

The 21-year-old Brooklyn rapper has been in jail for nearly a year for conspiracy to commit murder, multiple weapons possession, and reckless endangerment.

“When I see the judge and the DA, I just see a bunch of people [who are] trying to take my life away for being blessed,” he told Billboard in February. “That’s what I look at when I look at them. It looks like a bunch of haters.”

Shmurda’s next court date is set for Jan. 11.
