  /  10.12.2015

Jeezy is taking no days off. The Atlanta hustler continues to build anticipation for his forthcoming album Church in These Streets with his #SundayService series of releases. Pastor Young grabs Janelle Monáe for his latest sermon “Sweet Life,” which comes just a day after his surprise EP Politically Correct, which coincided with the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March in D.C.

Produced by C4, the track finds Jeezy and Janelle trading poignant verses over subdued percussion. “Know you thought I wasn’t lookin’, but I was payin’ attention,” preaches Jeezy, adding, “No, you can’t see through my shades, just know I’m smilin’ inside.”

Church in These Streets hits stores on Nov. 13.
