Fetty Wap Injured in Motorcycle Accident
Fetty Wap was involved in a motorcycle accident in his hometown of Paterson, New Jersey, on Saturday morning (Sept. 26).
According to TMZ, the “Trap Queen” hitmaker was riding his Suzuki motorcycle and tried passing a vehicle. But he didn’t see another car approaching in the opposite direction and collided with it.
Paramedics arrived on the scene and gave him oxygen before rushing him to a local hospital. He was conscious and sitting up, but his injuries are unclear at this time.
His fans took to Twitter to wish him a speedy recovery using the hashtag #PrayForFetty.
The accident comes just a day after his debut album was released. It is expected to move 110-115,000 units in its first week.
UPDATE: According to his DJ Louie Styles, Fetty is OK. He posted a photo of him on a stretcher with his leg bandaged and in a brace.
