While promoting The Documentary 2, The Game stopped by “Ebro in the Morning” on Hot 97 on Tuesday to make a major announcement.

The Compton rapper revealed that the sequel to his 2005 debut will be a double disc. “The Documentary 2 is a double album. I’ve told no one on Earth that,” he told Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez.

A week after the first 19 tracks drop on Oct. 9, he will release the second part of the album on Oct. 16.

During a Reddit AMA, Game said that there will be a whopping 38 tracks in total. “i figured since it was the DOC 2 it was only right to make it ‘2’ discs…you guys will enjoy,” he told a fan.

The first part of The Documentary 2 features appearances from Kanye West, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Diddy, Fergie, will.i.am, Snoop Dogg, and more. Nas and Lil Wayne will be featured on disc two.

During his chat with Hot 97, Game also addressed rumors that he’s dating Chris Brown’s ex Karrueche Tran and weighed in on Drake and Future’s new album What a Time to Be Alive.
