Janelle Monáe Announces 'The Eephus' Tour

Janelle Monáe is hitting the road and bringing her Wondaland family with her. The singer has announced dates for “The Eephus” tour.

Powered by Toyota, the summer trek will kick off Aug. 12 in Philadelphia and hit eight cities, in which Janelle will play a free secret show at an undisclosed location. Fans can sign up for a chance to experience the tour at Wondaland.com.

Joining Janelle will be several artists from the Wondaland Records roster, including singer Roman GianArthur, funk duo Deep Cotton, the R&B group St. Beauty, and Jidenna, who’s currently lighting up the charts with his smash “Classic Man.”

On Aug. 14, Wondaland Records will release the compilation Wondaland Presents The Eephus to digital retailers. The six-track EP features Janelle and Jidenna’s hit “Yoga” and Kendrick Lamar’s remix to “Classic Man.”
