A$AP Rocky Talks Rita Ora Diss, Relationship with Rihanna

With his sophomore album At.Long.Last.A$AP in stores, A$AP Rocky stopped by Nessa on Hot 97 this week. The A$AP Mob leader sat down and discussed everything from his breakup with Chanel Iman to his preferred drug to his Rita Ora diss.

There are plenty of drug references on the new album. “I don’t want to become an advocate for drug music, but drugs have always played a part in A$AP,” he admitted. “Purple swag, we was talkin’ about lean, we was talkin’ about weed. I still never did coke or molly or ecstasy, but I’ve done hard drugs like mushrooms and LSD. That’s my preference. That’s my forte because I know what kind of experience I want.”

He’s not a fan of pills or needles, but LSD is his drug of choice. He even has a song named after it. “It fits my character because I feel comfortable doing it. I never had a bad trip and it’s not something that’s addictive.”

After drugs, the talk turned to sex. While he admits to sleeping with nine women in one night, he insists he’s not a player. “That is not normal for me,” said Rocky.

The newly-single rapper opened up about his breakup with model Chanel Iman. “I was so in love,” he said. “To this day, it’s all good. I think for me, we’re young and it was something that was so real that it was so serious. I would say perfect girl, wrong time. I’m not OK with losing her, but that’s the way of the world. It’s not meant to work right now.”

He also addressed his much-talked-about Rita Ora diss on his new song “Better Things.” “I swear that bitch Rita Ora got a big mouth / Next time I see her might curse the bitch out / Kicked the bitch out once ’cause she bitched out / Spit my kids out, jizzed up all in her mouth / And made the bitch bounce,” he raps on the A.L.L.A. cut.

Rocky addressed the controversy. “It’s an old song and I was in a relationship when I did that, and she got me into a lot of trouble. It was an old song and I should have muted that part.”

He feels bad for putting it out there. “People are joking on her. The joke is already a ha ha with the lyrics. Leave it alone. No big deal ’cause in all reality, she’s not the only pop singer getting jizzed on. That’s life.”

While they may have had a one-night stand, the two never dated. “I don’t kiss and tell. I’m not the first rap guy she’s been with and she’s not the first pop broad. This is so long ago. We didn’t date, we didn’t never.”

He issued a warning to her and other women: “She had a big mouth and I got in trouble. All I’m saying is when you mess with me, don’t kiss and tell.”

When asked about his relationship with Rihanna, he said it’s strictly platonic, but he wouldn’t rule it out. “It never happened. If it happened, then it would have happened. We didn’t do that,” he said, adding, “You never know. That’s not what I’m looking forward to, I’m looking forward to the friendship that I already have with all these females.”
